“We ate at Maggiano's two years ago as a birthday celebration. We went on a friend's recommendation and frankly it was the most enjoyable dining experience I'd ever had. This year for my birthday I wanted my husband, son and daughter to go with me again. The only available reservations (when I called about noon) were 5:15 or 8:30. I wasn't sure that either of my children would be free as early as 5:15 so we opted for the 8:30. We were seated promptly then things got a little nuts. The restaurant was very busy, loud, and crowded with servers and clearers scooting by all of our seats. Our drink order was taken quickly and brought out quickly but we never got a breadbasket while we waited nearly 30 minutes for the first sign of food. (I was ready for more coffee way before that. It's hard to complain at all because the food is so incredible but when the pasta were brought out there were no serving utensils. Our waiter apologized and said that they were very busy and being washed but he didn't even offer us a soup spoon. We ended up using my teaspoon (from my coffee) to get tiny portions of pasta and sauce with. The food was delightful, the service not up to par, and the atmosphere felt hustled.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.

“I am from SC originally from NY. I ate at Maggiano's in IL on a business trip. Once I started eating there I ate there everday. They opened up a Maggiano's in Atlanta. It's 225 miles there and I've eaten there. They recently opened one in Charlotte, NC. I've eaten there. The food is great. Portions are intended to be family style. If you are looking for a cheap place to eat, this is NOT it. The specs said $12-18 for dinner. That's for the entre only. A small salad (not included) is $10.00. It can serve 3. It adds up. It's wonderful. I'm already hungry just talking about it.” 1 of 3 people found this review helpful.Popular Restraurants in AtlantaView all restaurants in Atlanta
