Also known as the "Cafe of the Desert," this perky spot, with the blue and lavender neon coffee cup, provides Palm Springs with a fun, slightly funky meeting and eating space. Sidewalk tables are ornamented with elegant candles. Start your day with one of the big, three-egg omelets, then carry on with a lunchtime California Dream chicken sandwich. In addition, several vegetarian sandwiches are available. It is an ideal venue for a quick lunch stop.
