From breakfast through lunch and dinner, vegetarians can enjoy a vast selection of foods at this casual spot, which is located inside the local health food market. Lunch offerings include several types of non-meat burgers made of tempeh, falafel or nuts. Mayan-Aztec, Spanish and Italian-inspired offerings include bean burritos, soy strip fajitas, veggies Azteca and pasta pomodoro. There is also a great array of non-dairy shakes and fresh fruit smoothies.
