Some dining establishments are popular for the food, some for entertainment and some for the good company. Well, Einstein's has hit all three since opening in 1992, perhaps because of the large patio, the proximity to the theater district or the novelty of the Einstein theme. Pictures of Albert Einstein smile in amusement overhead while you eat. Try the Quantum Leaf, a dinner salad, and follow it with the Fudge Fusion for dessert. The Sunday brunch is legendary, featuring such local delights as eggs Benedict with fried green tomatoes. Full bar service is available.
