New Mexican Hatch Chiles give the Mexican food here an "ay caramba!" kick. An eclectic array of Mexican decorations gives the dining area south-of-the-border charm. Try the New Mexico Enchilada, layered with ground beef, machaca (reconstituted dried beef) or chicken and topped off with red or green chile sauce. The Riudoso pork enchilada also comes highly recommended. Fans of chimichangas (deep-fried burritos) will also want to try the spicy White Sands version. Appetizers: USD5-9, main dishes: USD8-12.
