Owner/executive chef Chris Harter and Farn Boggie, give a tantalizing twist to both the Southwestern cuisine and decor at this fashionable fine dining restaurant. Understated desert hues with stone and copper accents create a chic, contemporary look in the dining room and on the indoor/outdoor bar area and patio. Chef Boggie's menu makes the most of Arizona's indigenous ingredients in dishes like the Yellow Corn Halibut, encrusted in cornmeal and served with a poblano-tomatillo sauce, and the Southwestern Beef Wellington with mushrooms and cascabel-chili sauce.
