This Mexican restaurant with the Irish last name has been popular for more than two decades. Enjoy Chimichangas (deep-fried burritos) filled with beef, chicken or machaca (reconstituted dried beef) then topped with red or green chile sauce. Other items include fajitas, with the traditional sides of rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream, salsa and hot flour tortillas. Low-fat options are also available. Catering is available and delivery for a fee.
