The name loosely translates to barfly and the lounge enjoys its share of regulars. It's cosmopolitan, with techno-bistro decor and a long, undulating bar. But it's the food at celebrity Chef Mark Tarbell's restaurant that's causing the buzz. Shellfish shines on the appetizer menu with steamed mussels, cornmeal crusted clams and just-shucked oysters. This locally favored chef offers Boullabaisse, Scotch Beef and even his Mom's own macaroni and cheese dish.
