Owner Debbie Bloy, Chef Kwan Sun and the staff here turn out innovative Pan-Asian cuisine at two locations. The eatery displays elegant Asian-inspired black and gold decor with an abundance of bamboo in furnishings and accessories. The menu is divided into categories like steamed, noodle, barbecued and so on. Some examples: Steamed Whole Red Snapper with Ginger & Lite Soya; Hawaiian Macadamia Nut Chicken; Bamboo Beijing Duck with Asian Pancakes; Sizzling Benihana Steak on Seasonal Vegetables.
