Revered for his culinary expertise, Francois Simorte has recreated Paris in the desert. This comfortable and unpretentious setting will envelop you with warmth, disproving the idea that French dining needs to be elegant to be top notch. Classic dishes like Coq au Vin and Bouef Bourguignon are an exercise in culinary art and are sure to satisfy the most sophisticated palate. As always French dining is not inexpensive, however, every dish is a masterpiece and earns its asking price. Try the chocolate mousse, it is decadently sinful and extraordinarily satisfying.
