If seasonal ingredients appeal to your senses, give this eatery a try. Both area college students and busy professionals swear by the inventive choices you create yourself from fresh ingredients. There is no seating inside; just the service counter and a prep kitchen. Picnic tables are available in the courtyard. The menu concentrates on vegetarian fare, using what's fresh at the moment. A favorite is the vegetarian tamales with fillings that change regularly. If you are in the mood for protein, tuna and chicken salads are available. Most lunches are $5-$6. Bring cash. Credit cards are not accepted.
