This is authentic Ethiopian cuisine with a touch of Americana. Experience a taste of Ethiopian culture along with preferential treatment while dining in this family-run restaurant. It is a great place for young and old to experience foods and traditions from other cultures. The Abyssinia believes less is more so that nothing distracts you from the food and interacting with the wait staff. You'll "go native" when you forego utensils and eat Ethiopian-style by scooping up dinner with soft bread called injera. Experience sambusa, quiche and a variety of vegetarian dishes. If you're less adventuresome, choose the grilled chicken or a good old-fashioned burger.
