Executive chef and owner Monica Pope was named one of the ten best chefs in the country in Food and Wine Magazine, 1996. This casual restaurant offers excellent food in an unpretentious atmosphere. Outdoor seating is available in fair weather, and live entertainment plays on weekends. Some dishes, such as the curry baked chicken with saffron couscous, can be costly but are typically worth the price. Expect to spend anywhere from $9 to $23 per person for a meal and $4 for a glass of house wine. Reservations are recommended, and smoking is not allowed.
