Festive, tiny white lights and elaborate vineyard murals add an unusual touch to this multi-level restaurant. Regulars are treated to gold name-plates above their seats, and newcomers are always welcome. The dijon mustard-crusted lamb chops served with caramelized onion risotto will make your taste buds sing with pleasure. Expect to spend $10 to $29 for an entree, and $4.50 for a glass of the house wine. Reservations are recommended, but not required.
