Soon after opening in 1992, this Montrose restaurant was selected by Esquire magazine as one of the Best New Restaurants in America. Rustic, Southwestern touches provide a sense of warmth and friendliness. You'll feel right at home in jeans, but leave that cowboy hat hanging by the door! Outdoor seating is available in fair weather, and live entertainment plays in the evenings. The restaurant has successfully implemented a fresh take on seafood and Asian cuisine. For a spicy taste of heaven, try the chili-crusted tuna with mango salsa and chili sesame oil. Menu prices range from $8 to $20, and a glass of the house wine will cost you $4. Reservations are recommended, but not required.

- I liked the cushions on the chairs, that is it.
- The service made you feel like it was a buffet where you are left to serve yourself!
“The food was not exactly what you would call original, it has all been done before. It was honestly a waste of time and money that I could be spending at a restaurant that is actually worth it! If you are into overpriced, meteoric food then Sierra Grill is the place for you!”
