At first glance, it is hard to tell whether this cozy little cafe is primarily French, Italian or American. Guests may choose to dine on the patio, which allows for a great view of the Miami Beach crowd. Although you may prefer lasagna or escargot, there are a number of excellent salads ranging in price from USD10. Pasta dishes average USD9, while seafood, steak and chicken dishes start at USD12. Cafe Des Arts also serves both French (croissants and coffee) and American breakfasts.
