• Hostesses were nice.
• Wait help was absolutely terrible and that sets the tone for the entire meal.

“Food was okay, but the service was terrible. The waitstaff took an unreasonable amount of time to even greet our table (20 minutes) while the other tables that arrived after us were greeted and their orders taken. It was not very busy (40% capacity) but he blamed another table for taking so long. The waiter proceeded to take our order and this is when it got very bad. I ordered a pasta that can be made with either a white or red sauce. Because I didn't indicate which one I wanted at the time of ordering, he took it upon himself to choose for me rather than asking me. He choose the one that didn"t want and when I got it and told him that it wasn't what I wanted, he shrugged and said it came with two choices and I never said which one I wanted. He didn't even offer to fix it. So I sat there with something I couldn't eat (vegetarian, cream sauce...hmm??) and then he had the nerve to ask me if anything was wrong. That would be like ordering a steak and failing to indicate how you would like it cooked so the server just chooses for you!!! terrible service. Although it was my first time there, I have no intentions of returning.”
