The opening of this restaurant on Maui signaled the island's arrival on the international tourism scene. The popular steakhouse is a familiar sight in any major tourist or cosmopolitan area. It serves outrageously thick, juicy, savory, marbled-fat steaks—too huge to finish but too delicious to leave behind. Other entrees are offered, but they are secondary to the beef entrees. If you are a steak-'n'-potatoes kind of person, you can choose between seven varieties of potato dishes.
