Chef David Paul Johnson, renowned as one of Hawaii's best chefs, has consistently received accolades from Gourmet, Bon Appetit, and Conde Nast magazines. His innovative "New American" cuisine features fresh local ingredients blended with an international flair. Signature dishes are Tequila Shrimp and Firecracker Rice (USD33) and Kalua Duck(USD29). The appetizer menu on any given day might include Kona Lobster Crab Cake (USD1) or Sweet Soy Marinated Seared Ahi Sashimi(USD18). The onsite cellar boasts more than 300 vintages.
