Airy, spacious and elegant, this is the quintessential Hawaiian resort restaurant. The dining area is a study in snow white and gleaming crystal. The restaurant serves the mandatory breakfast buffet in addition to a full menu of pricey a la carte items. The main attraction is the dinnertime buffet. It is the only one in South Maui, and draws a crowd of tourists fascinated with the concept of gourmet "all-you-can-eat." Sunday is Mediterranean-themed, Thursday features Pacific Rim, and so forth. Prices range from $32-$35 per person for dinner.
