  • Thin patty no taste.

“I tried the new Murrieta location this week and tried a power burger (the one wrapped in lettuce). The lettuce was cold like it should be but the patty was so thin it got cold instantly This burger patty had to be maybe 1/8 inch thick. I have never seen such a thin patty. Also had no taste whatsoever. Bland! It had tomato and some special sauce that tasted like thousand island dressing. I was very disappointed. The fries had no taste either. The service was bad and no one was there but I attribute that to the kid at the register he couldn't make change or count. Maybe he was the owners kid. He didn't know his stuff and it may have been his first hour working. Just bad timing there. The place is clean but it is new. I hope I can have a better burger with a bun but if you really want a good lettuce burger Carls Junior is the only place to have one. A flavorful burger flame broiled had cold lettuce and enough of it to hold onto the burger. Maybe these guys should go try one and then copy it!”

  • Great cheap eats.
  • No indoor seating.

“The best fast food burger in San Diego. Very small basic place just benches out side. Better than in and out IMHO. I have been going there for many years. I normally go inside rather than wait in the drive thru. 99cent burgers on Wednesday and Sunday.”

  • Flavorful food, sweet shakes, and delightful service.
  • Need more seating for the large crowd.

“I have been traveling around the world all my life searching for the greatest cheeseburger ever! And when I traveled to San Diego I found it! Its a small burger stand that specializes in unique and flavorful burgers like none other. Its truly a great place and I'm pretty picky. I just hope there's more locations for me to visit!
