“Burger King is a great establishment however I've also had problems with this particular BK. I live down the road so my family often travels there for a quick supper. There have been numerous occasions when we have been missing food so now we don't leave the drive-thru window until we check that everything is there. There is definitely a lot of horse play especially with the night crew. My family never goes in because it's just not a nice dining atmosphere. If kids wanna joke around, great, but it's still important to hold some level of maturity. I would not recommend this Burger King unless you don't mind obnoxious foul-mouthed teenagers.”

• Drive thru.
• Inside is a DVD copying ring with kids selling copied movies from an old man.

“Don't go inside in the evening! Drive thru only. Too many high school kids messing around with no supervision. The only adult in the place is a guy with a computer making copies of CD'S and DVD'S for the kids. He's there every night. I guess if you want low cost movies and a burger, talk to the old guy with the computer.”

• Drive through Okay.
• Don't go inside. Big hangout and 24/7 old guy checking you out.

“I live 4 blocks from this Burger King and won't go there any more, or allow my kids to go there. It is turning out to be a big hangout for teenagers and young adults. Foul language, throwing things, just not what you expect. They have WiFi and I see the same man there everyday, all day. I drive past to get to my house and see him in the front window. Creepy, that's why my kids are not allowed there. No management at this place. The owner must not visit often. Other mothers at school won't let their kids go there also.”

• Clean restrooms.
• Hangout for kids and an old guy with computer.

“As for the food, ok. Service, ok at best, lots of horseplay. Seems pretty clean. The restroom is always clean.”

• Nice seating area and location.
• Night time hang out for kids and lurking old guy.

“This restaurant is not family friendly at all. Don't stop in after first shift. At night this place is play ground for customers and employees. Skate boarding, swearing, cars ripping around, etc. Some old guy with a computer who seems to live there checking out all the girls. Dirty tables. A real zoo. The daytime manager must know about this stuff but does nothing. Too bad, with better management this could be a nice place. Most Burger King's are, not this one.”

“If you decide to go to this Burger King, be sure to check your order before leaving the drive-thru. For the 4th time today, they did not let me have my sandwich "my way". I asked for an Angus burger, no steak sauce. There was quite a bit of discussion in the background and I was asked if I would like mayo instead, yes, that would be great. More discussion and I was told it comes with mayo, do I want it? Yes, mayo is fine, just no steak sauce. As we were pulling out of the lot, my son checked our order - gee, after ALL that discussion, my sandwich had steak sauce and we were missing 2 large fry. Go back and go inside. The fries were not on the order, so pay for them, fine. They made my sandwich correctly, but never did I get an apology for them screwing up the order in the first place. At the very least, they should have apologized, and in my experience, the fast food restaurants usually give you a coupon for a free sandwich or fry after a mess up like this. This the the second time they have treated me so rotten after they messed up. The previous time, I was already home and had to go back since I was missing a sandwich, and that time it was a big argument that the veggie burger was there and had a V marked on it. Wasn't there. You weren't charged for it. My bill was $x.xx - oh you were charged, it was there. Gee, I ordered 3 sandwiches and only got 2! Finally, got my sandwich, and again, no apology. And just think, it is the daytime manager who is trating the customers like this! I will never again patronize this Burger King! And of course, no comment cards!”
