• Nothing.
• Everything! Horrible experience!

“We live in Boca and have eaten at many high quality restaurants and Lilly's is not one of them. The management do not care if their patrons are happy. The food is even worse. We ordered the butternut ravioli which the waitress described as heaven. It was drowned in sauce and way undercooked. The chicken & mushroom risotto had chunks of raw risotto in it and was way too salty! The salad tasted like it was washed in dish water. We waited over an hour for our meal, the waitress never came by to give an explanation or see if we needed anything. When we expressed frustration, the waitress became very rude. When we asked to see the manager, he was too busy to see us! We will never be back. There are way too many great restaurants in Boca for this place to be in business. Try Trattoria Romano instead.”

• Food - amazing! Prices - out of this world! Atmosphere - awesome!
• Nothing!

“I live 4 blocks from this restaurant but had never gone into it although it always looked so quaint and inviting. I finally had the opportunity to dine here this week. I am still in awe over how I had never heard of this place! The food was amazing - all freshly prepared (they even make their own pasta!), made-to-order (my dish came with a parmesan cream sauce, but they offered to make it for me with a pink sauce) perfectly seasoned and well-displayed. The atmosphere was wonderful - like sitting in a big Italian family dining room. I went with my grandmother and aunt who are very particular and do not hesitate to complain if something is not to their liking, and the only complaint they had was that the glasses sweat too much on the beautiful dark wood tables. As we left, I grabbed a take-out order and plan to eat here again and again!”

• Food was fresh and flavorful.
• Wait staff and hostess were beyond rude. Tried to over bill us...

“We had reservations for 9 people. They tried to seat us at a banquette that was too small. They became rude when we asked for a different table. There were plenty of tables available. Several people ordered salads as the menu did not indicate the entrees came with salads. The waiter brought out house salads, and when asked why he had not said entrees come with salads when others were ordered he said, why didn't you read the menu? And what, haven't you been her before. They twice tried to serve an entree that they were told was not what was ordered. Cream was never brought for coffee after being asked for. The waiter wrote that tax and tip had to be in cash on the bill then also put the tax on the charge card. When said we wanted to split the bill with 5 meals on one and 4 on another he said he could only split it 50/50 and then charged both bills to the same credit card. When we complained to the hostess, we received a Nasty reply. We would never return.”
