• Clean.
• Not impressive food.

“My husband and I thought the place looked great from the outside. The place looked cheaply decorated on the inside (i.e. not a lot of effort). The food tasted liked the opened a container from Sam's club. The place was loud and the servers were not very friendly - except to the regulars.”

• Not open for daily breakfast.

“This is the best place in Wentzville to eat, the Sunday brunch is tremendous, the nightly specials are great. Stop and enjoy yourself.”

• Loved the food.

“For three years, I've driven past the West Allen Grill on my way to grocery shop every Saturday morning. Each time I tell my wife, "The place has some charm. We'll have to stop by." Last night, a Thursday, was the night. The building sits on a corner across from the train tracks. Next door is a tavern and one more door down is the barber shop, a real barber shop. This is a terrific Mom & Pop environment. When I couldn't find a parking spot within 50 yards, I knew this was the place. At 1830 when we arrived, we got the last booth. For the next hour, folks were lined at the door. I had the meat loaf. The waitress was right: it was awesome. My wife really enjoyed the bowtie pasta in Alfredo sauce with chicken. Great place, great value. I shall return.”
