“How sad, after being a patron of this place for over 8 years to have to write a bad review. My family just got back from eating here, and I have to say we were treated so poorly, I felt compelled to write. While the food here has gone from great to ok over the years. The service just insulting. I'm not sure if it's the understaffing or the fact that the staff believes it owns the place. The last several times we've had to ask and reask for water, our food, etc. This time they tried to short us out of an entree, not by mistake, but just the fact they wanted to get rid of us. These are waiters we've known for years, just think how they treat tourist. To make matters worse, we asked for some soy sauce to go and was told by our waiter "no, we only provide it in house". Hey, I've only got it about 300 times in the last 8 years. We were, and I do mean were, loyal customers who left 20% tips. I can only say, do yourself a favor and don't be treated like second rate customers, go to one of the other many fine places in town.”

“I have never been to such a poor service oriented restaurant. The staff totally ignores us not to mention very unfriendly. The price does not justify the quality and service. We were 3 families visiting and thinking we would have a nice meal. All of us regretted going there. The dining room is not clean, portions are very small, staff very unfriendly and prices too high. I recommend people go somewhere else. Dont waste your good money and tummy going there.”

“We received the worse service we have ever gotten in our experience. There was not one good person working there. Not Recommended! Take your money somewhere else and be much happier .”

“This Chinese restaurant certainly caters to customers who know the authentic flavors of true Chinese food. On most nights, you would find it busy, mainly Asian diners with families out for a casual dining experience. The food is good. Try the house noodles. The staff could use more training in being more courteous though. If you are not too familiar with Chinese food, some of the waiters get a little impatient! Expect decent food, fair prices, but not very friendly service.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Popular Restraurants in Las VegasView all restaurants in Las Vegas
