“The Lake Stevens Buzz Inn is where I go. several other stores, but this one seems to be the best. Marysville is pretty good too. Service is good. You won't have to wait long for a beverage.”

“Never again. I ordered a medium rare steak; it came burned on the outside and cold and raw in the middle. He ordered a medium rare porterhouse; it arrived cooked well done, tough and gristly. Clearly whoever is cooking is just throwing everything on a searing hot grill, someone who apparently has no idea how to cook meat. The service was horrible. It's a shame because we could have gone to the nearby Outback for a far, far better meal at the same cost.”

“This entire chain has been going downhill over the last few years. The food is still ok (not great, but ok), but the service is really a pathetic now, especially in the lounge areas. My last visit to this particular location was a perfect example. It was a slow weekday afternoon, and I decided to sit in the lounge and have a beer with my meal. There were only two other people in the lounge, but the bartenders ignored me while chatting with her friend for several minutes after I sat down at the bar. Finally, she has nothing better to do and saunters over to take my order. I had to ask for a menu, and she left about an inch and a half of my pint glass empty when she poured my beer. I had to interrupt her text messaging long enough to order my burger, and asked for no onions. At that point, I would have bet $100 that my burger would come with onions. Any takers? Because, of course, it did. I mentioned this politely, and then she flat out told me I hadn't requested any onions. She wanted to fight about it. I told her I wasn't going to argue about it, and asked for my check. I am usually a 20-25% tipper, and I left. 01, just to make my point clear. This was my worst experience at this chain in over 30 years of dining there, but it kind of represents their general decline overall. You might get lucky on a given day, but the odds of receiving poor service are greater and greater across the board now. Another good value, locally owned establishment going downhill. And people wonder how Applebees and Olive Garden can possibly gain traction with their strip-mall garbage.”

“If you want rude service, under cooked food, and a manager that will flat out tell you that she does not care then this is the place for you. It is what I would imagine dining out of the garbage at any fast food place would be like. Save your money, time and hunger for any other place in town!” Popular Restraurants in EverettView all restaurants in Everett
