“I am just unhappy, I had heard so many good things about this place. We live just down the street and have never been to Krains Corner, so we decided to go there we took our son who was home visiting from school. I want to say that first no one wants to here their waitress complain about horse she has to clean up. Second no one wants to hear about dying horses, sick horses, or troubles with horse owners while they are eating! Apparently if you were not a friend of this waitress you really didn't count. She was short with us she was rude to us. She sat at table across from us and complained about EVERYTHING! including her co workers. She and a extremely inappropriate speaking man made comments and jokes that were disturbing. When he left we thought great! we can enjoy our breakfast, but NO! someone else came in and she sat with them, totally ignoring us! We had to wave at her to ask her to get up and bring us more coffee and our check! Do not get me wrong I love animals I just do not want to hear the gruesome details while I am eating. I guess we weren't in the in circle. everyone who knew her got great service the rest of us where left out, and we really felt like a disruption. We will not be back. And I am guessing a couple of patrons seated around us will not be either. Too bad since we have been to Krains before and the waitress we usually have is always friendly to everyone. We should stick to Tuesdays. When I asked the waitress where the short dark haired girl was she was rude and said oh I don't know who you are talking about. When I said she is here every Tuesday (our usual day) she said oh we have lots of waitresses, did she do something wrong? I felt like she was trying to get someone in trouble. She spoke badly of her co-workers I heard her tell customers to only ask for her. If I were a co-worker of hers I would certainly be watching my back! I was a waitress for 39 years I worked with her kind she no friend to anyone. Anyway the food was good, the service was awful. The overall experience left me feeling uneasy.”

“I just want to say I have been going to Crains Corner for years on Sunday. The food is great and the servers are wonderful for the most part. But! this last Saturday (dec. 6th) We received the worst service ever! Our waitress was rude and had an angry looking face. She was hurried and short tempered. I was so embarrassed, I brought family from Kent all around the detour to help this business out and we were treated badly. I will continue to go to this establishment, There are many great servers there, And the food is always consistently excellent I hope this particular server is not there long. We left no tip in the hopes she gets a clue. If we walk through the door and see her we will leave. I hope the management reads this. Because if you want to keep customers, You need to get rid of her!”

“This place is fabulous! Wow! The service is great and the food is oh my god over the top! We have really been missing out! We were told by friends you need to go to Krains corner inn for years well we finally did and I can tell you we should have gone years ago! You dont get that kind of food or that kind of service anywhere any more! The girls were laughing, smiling and very attentive! What a wonderful place, they will do well they understand what customer service is! Good food great service good price.”

• Trivia cards were a great way to keep entertained.
• Nothing.

“The restaurant in a kids eye (me) is a lot of fun and yet it can be romantic and businesses. I had fun with my brother and dad and I love how they have Trivia cards on the table. It had a great vibe coming from it and it¿s a nice relaxing calm place. I love this place and it gets the ratings it deserves!”
