• Cheese Enchiladas with Sour Cream Sauce.
• Chips.

“It appears that you have changed chips. I have been a regular patron of the Pines Road restaurant for years, and I have noticed it there, also. They are not the same quality as what you previously served. They are not light and crisp - they are thick and cold. Last night, we ate at the new Bossier City location, and we sent them back to be heated 3 times, and each time, they were returned only lightly warm, and they did not stay warm for long. We had complained on another visit about the chips and were told that they needed to be hot when served and this would improve them. We were very dissatisfied last night. The food was good, and the service was much better than we had previously experienced when dining at the BC location.”

“I eat at Nicky's at least once a month because, in my mind, it is the best Mexican restaurant in our area. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and the food is wonderful.”
