• Closeness to home.
• Rudeness, price service.

“My family and I always went to Mario's we always loved the food and service. No more we were there on Saturday, the waiter was very rude and told us to hurry up and order they are overpriced. I don't know if they have a new owner if they do they better start teaching their waiters how to treat the customer. I'm in retail and if I treated the customer the way my family was treated I would be fired. They have lost a customer by their attitude.”
