“Staff serves wonderful, tasty, home cooked Puerto Rican food, just like it's supposed to be. The portion sizes are very generous, the food is absolutely delicious whether you eat there or choose takeout. We always eat in but orders take out for the way home so we have even more leftovers for the next day. My husband (a Puerto Rican direct from the island) loves the Morongo; it is spicy but not too much. I can't get enough of the pastels, to stones (fried plantains) and Carne Asada. The waitresses are very sweet and speak both Spanish and English (which helps since my Spanish isn't too great). The food reminds me of my mother in law's home cooking and makes me miss Puerto Rico very much. A great place to eat!” Popular Restraurants in PhiladelphiaView all restaurants in Philadelphia
