• Cleanliness.
• The staff looks like management isn't pleasant. No smiles.

“It's great to see the sandwiches made in front of you in such a clean atmosphere, though the staff could wash their hands after using the cash machine, just for atmosphere, even though they put on fresh gloves. I'd like a few more choices, fresh meat would be great!”
