• Great tapas and wonderful list of Spanish wines that the waiters can explain.
• No reservations and possibly a long wait Thursday to Saturday.

“Dali Restaurant is one of the best Spanish restaurants in the country -- certainly in anyone's top five list. I've been told, they pour more Spanish wine here than any other North American establishment. There is normally a long wait since they do not take reservations. If you call ahead to ask about how long the wait might be, you'll be told that no one waits at Dali, they enjoy life. Then the owner might add in that the wait may be about one pitcher of Sangria long. ”
