“We had nothing but good things about this restaurant before we went. The food & atmosphere were good, but the service was the worst I've ever had. The waiter practically ignored us. We ordered our food (it took very long to get our order) & I received the wrong item. These things happen & I worked as a waiter in my younger days. you apologize & get it corrected immediately. Not this guy. He told me that I got what I ordered? Finally, he admitted that there may have been a mistake. He forked my filer off my plate that's so my side dishes could get cold while I waited 20 minutes for my proper meal. No apology, no tip!”

“Circles has DELICIOUS food! The menu is huge and there are many options from duck to beef. My personal favorite is the stuffed grouper. It is enough for 2! Highly recommend!”

• I loved it all.

“I don't know when all of these people went to circles but it must not have been in 2008. I have had many lunch and dinners there. The food is great waiters are also great. You people talking about the prices should probably get a better paying job. Or you can always go through the drive through at McDonalds, some are open 24 hours now.”

• Service, attitude.

“My friend and I were in Apollo Beach on business, and heard that Circles was a great restaurant, and there are not many in Apollo Beach. So we went. It looked very nice from the outside, and the interior was also nice and clean. Also the bar and patio area was beautiful. It's a shame because the service and the attitude we received was one of the worst in all my days of going to restaurants. We elected to sit on the patio, then we had a problem. A group of 5 guys sat down next to us, and were very rowdy, screaming and yelling and appeared intoxicated. We asked to be moved to another table. The guys were so loud we could still hear them across the restaurant and it was very disruptive and intrusive. We complained to our waitress who did nothing and did not apologize. And we complained to the manager, who said he was sorry but was not sincere and did nothing. Our waitress ignored us most of the time, so we did not leave a tip, and looking back, we should have just walked out. I'm surprised a restaurant in that price range would tolerate that kind of behavior.”

“We left after being completely ignored by the wait staff. Complained, the host was indifferent at best. I regularly tip 20 to 25%. I love and appreciate great service. It was clear after being ignored that that was not going to happen.”

• Everything was on a positive note. We located the manager and informed him so.
• No negatives.

“As a former restaurant owner/manager and son currently in the restaurant business, my wife and I were very pleased with the service, food, and atmosphere. This is located at the foot of a marina and eating on the deck was very comfortable overlooking the marina. The other patrons at the time we were there appeared to be pleased also.”

• Food was well prepared and presented.
• Service was lacking.

“We went for a ladies night out. The food was all very good, overly expensive, but good. The service was lacking. We went for a full 30 minutes and had to ask a bus person to get our waitress. We were not asked if we wanted coffee or desert. I think for the amount of money they charge (over $20 a plate no salad included) that the service should reflect the prices. ”

• Nothing.
• Just about everything, especially their gouging prices.

“Wow, this place has sky high prices for poor food and even worse service. The place is nothing more than a beach bar, but charges like a exclusive top notch five star facility. This place is a joke, grass is brown not maintained, service is simply put non existent and food is mediocre.”
