• Food is good, that is the ONLY thing positive about this location.
• Severe lack of etiquette, positive attitude, and basic humanity. Staff also exhibits lack of intelligence, and willingness to provide basic friendly service.

“The New Bern location is by far the WORST excuse for a business I have ever experienced in my 36 years. I tried to order a pizza tonight, and when the 15 year old who answered finally came back after putting me on hold, informs me, " Yeah, we're not delivering anymore tonight". it was 5:35pm. They do not even start to deliver till 5pm, so what was the problem? This is the fourth time in 2 months this location could not be bothered to deliver, or even stock common menu items. They are ALWAYS out of wings on Sunday- Period. And talk about rude staff, when this genius answered, you would have thought by his long-winded sigh I had just asked him to jump off a cliff, not place a simple delivery order. This is commonplace here in New Bern, STAY AWAY if you are expecting kind service and staff who care about their job. I can assure you, these KIDS could care less, and it shows. ”
