  • Manager tried to earn our business back.
  • The restaurant failed at doing so.

“We went there with another couple for Valentine's Day. Service was horrible. We had to go up the bar and get our own drinks it was so bad. Waitress was rude and took forever! Horrible! Food was average! I complained to the manager and I got a gift certificate. The four of us went back but food was average and service was poor again. Not a fan!”

  • It had a door to exit from this place.
  • It had a door to enter this place. Food and service were just awful.

“We went in with group of 8 and we're told we would be seated immediately. The host vanished and returned after 10 minutes to finally seat us. Our server arrived after about 5 minutes to take our drink order and returned promptly with the drinks after a few minutes. My son's styrofoam cup was pierced accidentally by me in an effort to break the bag of ice that was in the cup. The cup was literally so filled with ice the straw could not penetrate and shot out the side. She nor did any of he staff attempt to help us and I actually found napkins and cleaned the mess up. We ordered our meals and no less than 35 minutes passed by before 2 of the 8 meals came out. The rest came out one after another until after 10 minutes we had 7 of the 8 meals. Our waitress stopped by to check and noticed none of us were eating and asked if everything was ok. She was informed that one of the meals (soup) never came out and I told her my sandwich came with an upgrade to which she responded I didn't charge you for it. Out comes the soup, and the eating had begun. In a word, the food was awful. greasy fries with even greasier cheese steaks. Instant and bad tasting mashed potatoes, cold soup, just everything was bad minus the drinks. Our first and last beer pitcher was poured about less than 3/4 full which we sent back. Our meal was almost done when the server came back to ask if we wanted ketchup with the fries.”

  • Everything.
  • I can't be there more often!

“I was there for two weeks on business and stayed at the hotel next door. I ate dinner here daily, ordering something different every day and was quite happy each time. After a couple of visits, the very friendly bartenders knew us by name and gave you the feeling of being at your favorite local tavern even though you're across the state from home. The food was great, the beer was cold and the smiles were warm. What more can you ask for?”

  • Liked the service and loved the beefy mushroom sauce.
  • Sauce was overly oily.

“I was on business when I happened across this Inn. I had the mushroom stuffed raviolis with beef tips. The dark beefy mushroom sauce was delicious, albeit oily. The beef was a tad bit tough, but not chewy. The service was excellent, and the value was great for the price of $10. This meal included a basic dinner salad and a couple of hot rolls. I enjoyed a nice full glass of wine with my meal as well, not the puny ones most chains serve. Unfortunately I do not get into this area often, but if I do, will make a point of stopping by for a bite. The atmosphere was fit for just about any dining situation. The night I was there, there were young couples, older ones, single diners as well as a screaming child whose parents could or would not control. Not the Inn's fault. I look forward to my next visit.”

  • Excellent food and plenty of it-served in a very appetizing manner.
  • Poor service and bad coffee.

“The food is great. We eat there several times a month, my husband¿s favorite place to eat. The service is terrible and the coffee is never warm no matter how many times you sent it back. The holiday buffets are not the best-food is often cold and they run out of items regularly-it is good, but not hot etc. They have excellent soup, claims and entrees. The best waitress they have is from new York and she is now working behind the bar. I have no idea what the problem with service is because other restaurants around here seem to have the same capable waitresses, but until they get the service in order, customers will always complain. It's particularly upsetting when the owner sits and the bar and doesn't pitch in.”

  • The food is excellent.
  • Service is terrible.

“We have visited this restaurant several times. The food is always excellent but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Each time we have been there it has not been busy so there was no excuse for bad service. There were four servers there the last time we visited and three parties of two each. Our service was again terrible. I would suggest they get someone to "Train" their servers or is this the reason for the name. Trainers and the servers they have are all "in training". We will go back because of the food but it would be nice to have better service. ”
