• The place is beautiful.
• My experience with the service was disappointing

“The people who served the food was not courteous, they did not offer me anything to drink, they took forever to take my order, the food was super cold. Nobody ask me if I needed something. They where too busy to stop by. My husband and son arrived 30 minutes later, the waitress never asked them if they wanted something to drink or eat, They were hungry also, but, seriously, I did not ask for the check and it was there, when I told the guy that I wanted a flan, he got upset, took the check and left a few minutes later he came back and left the plate at the edge of the table without even telling me that it was there. They came back with that check again and I asked for a coffee. Why didn't they just asked me if I wanted the check? It was like my 3 and 4 years old daughters, my husband and 15 years old son, were taking somebody else place and they did not want us to be there. I went to complain with the manager, but she had this look in her face like telling me, Sorry, but my people at this restaurant is out of control. What can I do? I am sorry, I know that jobs are so hard to get but all these people should try to work the way they are suppose to. just wanted to have fun. My husband told me that he was willing to call a Manager at the table and I told him not to do it like that. So therefore I asked for a manager and I told her all about it. She did not sound sincere.”
