• Food.
• Wait staff.

“I love their food, especially the chicken Marsala. On one occasion, our young male waiter seemed to be miffed when we kept asking for more salad. We realize that he was waiting on other tables at the time. As he gave us the bill, we remarked that he looked very busy. He replied, no not really, I just want to be out with my friends. (It was a Friday night). I thought that was a strange thing to say. Made us think he was rushing and didn't want to be doing what he was there for. Also, they didn't play any music which they usually do. Other times I have visited, the wait staff had been great.”
