• Chicken was always hot and fresh.
• That they only take cash.

“This was the best fried chicken I've ever had, next to my moms of course! It's hot and spicy and I just loved it!”

• Excellent flavor.
• 1600 miles from home is too far.

“I get takeout from the Southern Classic in Mansfield, LA each time I'm in town. The staff is very friendly, and the Chicken is excellent. I like it a bit spicy and crispy, and theirs is the best I've had. I wish there us outlets on the West Coast! Introduce some diet conscious side, say healthy roll or something, and open Franchises on the West Coast and mop up! Don't mess with the Chicken recipe!”
