• Superb food.
• Long wait if you don't have a reservation.

“Bari-Bari is most definitely one of the best places in Orange County to get Japanese food. You get a large portion size and the food is superb! But do not hesitate to make a reservation, especially on nights like Fri. Sat. and Sun.”

• Portions are good sized.
• They pressure you to finish you meal quickly.

“I have been to bear bare twice In the last month. Both times I felt rushed to complete my meal. It's a small place, 8 grills. So It feels like they put you on a timetable. My most recent visit on a Sunday (6pm) was for a surprise birthday party. Our party had 13 people which took up 2 grills. The guest of honor was a little late (15 minutes). We were seated at our tables and we all ordered drinks while we were waiting but we were pressured to order our dinners and they even started cooking the meals before the guest of honor showed up. Even after we finished our meal, they placed new guests at the open seats at our tables. The food was good (except the lobster was good quality) and the restaurant personnel were nice but It's clear that they are on a timetable. Our dinner bill was quite large and we should have been entitled to relax and enjoy the occasion. We ended up being there was less than 1 hour. For a party of our size and the money we spent that was Inexcusable. I will never go to bear again.”
