“One of the best kept secrets in the mid-Atlantic region if not the whole east coast. The food is wonderful, fresh and tasty. The service is second to none. The atmosphere is wonderful, especially on the weekend when you can relax with a quiet dinner and light jazz from local musicians. Romance is in the air for la Rosa Negara. Can't wait to go back!”
