• Fantastic.
• Only one time not up to par.

“Golden Gate has been delivering to my home for several years now I have only had 1-one instance in all of the years where the food was not as great as usual. I called explained the issue; they delivered my next order at no charge without my asking or raising all with them. They are always very polite. Fantastic food-fastest delivery in town. Always hot when I receive it. A little bit of language barrier but we always manage to get it correct the first time. Very reasonably priced. Even the delivery guy (little oriental guy) is so very nice too cute! .”

• the food arrived in no time, but was no prepared as requested
• The manager Theresa was very rude.

“I placed an order on 12 August from work. The order was taken by Theresa who stated that she was the Manager on charge. I ordered a Fried Rice with No Onions from this restaurant and was sent a Vegetable Fried Rice. The order had Onions in the order, so I placed a call to the restaurant and spoke with Theresa who was very rude and did not cater to my order, she then stated to me that I should not order from this establishment again due to my order was not prepared as requested. I would not recommend anyone to order from this restaurant. I then asked Theresa the question of what she would do if all customers who were not satisfied with their food stopped placing orders there and she stated that they can all stop ordering there due to they don't care.”
