• The menu you don't eat but want to.
• Stay away from the pork chops.

“Hubbard has one description. Redneck hooters. It is comfort food, but you have to know the menu a bit to know what is good and what is not. The girls are how you would say, well assembled country girls. The cornbread is sweet cornbread and the rolls are hand made. As a native Texas boy, this is what I remember about Dallas before the Easterners and Westerners (AKA whiners) came to town. Texas Old School.”

• Exceptional wait staff.
• Always crowded.

“I eat breakfast at the Rowlett location all the time. Food's very good and the wait staff is exceptional. Good value, friendly, fast service and good food.”
