• Food.
• Service and atmosphere.

“The food was good, but the service was poor. We are not locals and the waitress and hostess took no notice of us. We were not even told the specials, but the table next to us (obviously locals) were told several specials and chatted with the hostess and waitress for several minutes.”

“The food was great, but the service was lacking. It was the little things, really. We were not locals and noticed the subtle differences that we did not receive. It took us longer to get our drinks, it took us longer to order, it took us longer to get our meals, and it took us longer to get our checks.”
