“The food was just average for this part of the country and the portion size very small on the platters. The building and the location are nice with good views of the river.”

• The location is really nice - it overlooks the river (beautiful)!!!
• For the price and service it stinks.

“We had a party of 16 at our table; we arrived at approximately 6pm - the restaurant was not crowded and were seated right away. The waitress took our drink order promptly and came back for the food order. Approx 1 1/2 hours later 14 of the 16 people at our table got their food, the waitress told us they were short handed in the kitchen. Approx 30 min later they brought the other 2 orders, by that time the rest of the table was finished eating. So needless to say I was not pleased with the service. I really think the waitress should have made sure everyone at the table had their food at the same time.



The orders that didn't come with everyone else were fried oysters and fried crayfish - that doesn't take 30 min to cook!!!”
