• Our Waitress was kind of nice, and she was embarrassed by the way the Manager and Owners handled the situation.
• Rats and horrible management.

“This is the most horrible restaurant ever! We went there and they seated us outside. We waited for the waiter for about 15 minutes to get our drink order. Then while we waited, we saw a RAT in the corner, behind the kitchen. Can you believe this? A rat! We couldn't believe it. When we told the waiter, he told us that we are lying and if we need anything we need to talk to the Manager. Then the manager came and right away he started screaming at us and then two other people came (looked like the owners of the restaurant) and then they started yelling at us. We shocked of their rudeness, so we decided that we shouldn't go there anymore. We left and on the way out they said that we are not welcome anymore and we shouldn't come back. They have other better customers to take care of, so they don't really care about people like us. People like us! Give me a break. We are normal people in their thirties and I don't think discriminating against your customers is a great atmosphere. Do not go to AURELIOS if you don't like the Managers and owners yelling at you. The worst place ever!”
