• One of my 4 waiters (the white one) was professional and polite.
• Not clean, bad service and no professionalism.

“It was dirty. The wait was ridiculous. The waiters and waitresses were very unprofessional. The manager himself was not fit for the title. The wings were undercooked. My steak was over cooked. I suggest that you drive straight through Clinton and go to Waldorf for better service, food and professionalism. Dirty glasses, dirty tables, dirty seats and dirty floors. I am glad that I did not have to use the bathroom. No telling what that looked like.”

• The only good thing is the location.
• The service, the atmosphere, the staff is very unprofessional.

“The service is horrible; compared to other ruby Tuesdays, the portions are much smaller and the atmosphere is undesirable.”
