“I used to frequent this place, but the draft beer is so warm that I couldn't take it anymore. After many complaints, I give up. Every other place in Bellaire has draft beer at least 10degree colder. Whoever is in charge needs to get canned.”

“I frequent most of the Bill Bateman's restaurants and this one is by far the best of the chain. The chef's specials are very good when I want something other than the regular menu items. I like the fact that I can go there for anything from a burger to Filet mignon and everything in between. You can't beat the wings anywhere.” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.

“We got the wings which were excellent. We also never miss the Cream of Crab soup.”

“It takes over an hour to get wings on wing night! Also can't use a bill Batemans gift card from other locations. What's up with that?” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.

“We went for the first time on a Friday evening in July. I had MD crab, which was great, my husband the seafood bisque, which he loved! Then I ordered the Crab cake platter. It was very good. No filler! Could have used a bit more seasoning for my taste, but maybe others requested less. My husband ordered blackened Salmon and enjoyed that completely. Our salads were great and I think we both had fries. Overall it was pleasant, prices were very good.” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.

“Do not go to this restaurant! I went with my boyfriend and ordered a garden salad and potato skins for appetizers, which I will admit were good. But, I ordered their beef stroganoff that was their special dinner for .99 and my boyfriend ordered chicken Chesapeake with mashed potatoes. My stroganoff was absolutely disgusting, it was sweet-tasting and I took one bite and couldn't eat it. I couldn't even stand to smell it. My boyfriend's chicken Chesapeake was cold, and his mashed potatoes were just in one big lump with nasty gravy on top. When I brought these issues to the manager's attention, she informed me that that's what their mashed potatoes are; her words were "our mashed potatoes aren't mashed potatoes, they are 'smashed' potatoes." Whatever lady. Also, there was a party of 9 seated at the table next to us and they complained about 4 of their dinner entrees. However, as a result of my complaints the 2 dinners were taken off my bill which they very well should have been. The stroganoff wasn't worth the plate it was on and the cold chicken Chesapeake was a disgrace. The food here just grossed me out and I will never patronize this establishment again, and neither should anyone else.” 2 of 4 people found this review helpful.Popular Restraurants in Bel AirView all restaurants in Bel Air
