• Outside atmosphere.
• Customer service.

“I just tried to call the hotel and let them know that we wanted about 15 people to come to their restaurant. The lady on the phone was not friendly, had an attitude, and did not provide any form of help regarding a large party accommodations. It is unfortunate that this one person is answering phones and representing Berries. I have been there before and the food is fine. ”
