• Geographic location.
• Dirty.

“I stopped for lunch during a week long business trip in the area, really craving a good steak. The waitress was polite, but as she led me to the table I noticed the floor was dirty with a film of grease. After sitting down I smelled sewer, and could see the bathroom door from where I was sitting. The table wasn't clean, the walls had food splatters from years of not cleaning, and when I opened the menu it had dried food, crumbs, and looked like it has never been cleaned. The sewer smell persisted, and when the waitress came back to my table I told her as politely as possible about the smell and told her I lost my appetite and couldn't muster any desire to place an order. If the standard for cleanliness in the customer areas were that bad, I can't imagine what the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and ice machines must look like. I don't recommend it. If I had the phone number and the time, I would have called the health department, who obviously haven't visited the location in a long time.”

• Very friendly and safe.
• They allow smoking. It wasn't too smoky though.

“The very best Filet Mignon (Medium Rare) we have had for a long time. Service was excellent, beer was cold, bar maids are gorgeous. The fellow travelers at the bare were pleasant. It was a very good experience. We felt welcome and appreciated.”

• The food was very good.
• Paid $5.25 for a drink that was Nasty had to pay and they wouldn't give money off of anything.

“The food was good but if you want a drink find out how much it is first, because if it is Nasty the manager on at the time was very rude, she didn't try and compensate at all for that drink I had to pay for it and it wasn't even made right. It tastes like dishwater. I couldn't even get it past the first sip and she said I had to pay for it there is nothing she can do about it. Most places would take it off the food bill or not make you pay for something that you couldn't enjoy she didn't even offer us another drink that was right. If this is how you treat customers, you will be losing a lot of customers. Never had this kind of problem at Logan's road house if the order wasn't right they would fix it. Sorry but we travel a lot and like to enjoy are meals.”
