  • Kalbi ribs were really soft and had a good taste. Pasta dish was really good.
  • The tempura should be crispy. Also I didn't see any type of ice cream desert.

“Considering that they have a lot of customers, and the majority of the food needs to be already prepared when they open. I would say that they do a good job. The quality was as good as I expected. I was also impressed by the manager on duty on Wed. She answered my question politely and accurately. I will be a repeat customer.”

  • The workers were friendly and helpful.
  • The food is horrid, Americanized and not Japanese like they advertise. Only white tourists who don't know good Asian food would go here.

“This restaurant is gross! The kitchen workers don't always wear gloves when they are handling the food in the back kitchen. After the restaurant is closed, they let employees pick at the remaining buffet, then they store the food to be used for the next day. If you hold the glass to the light you can see that they don't use soap to wash it, just hot water. The restaurant is always filled with local families with their kids, and the tables are so close together that you are probably sitting 3 feet away from another family eating their food. It's a big Asian Chuck E Cheese, minus the games.”

  • I was concerned about "sushi buffet," but all of it is very fresh, and the sushi chefs are constantly making more.
  • Sushi isn't spectacular, but it's a buffet after all.

“Not the best sushi I've ever had, but being all you can eat for $16, it's a great deal. There is a pretty big variety of rolls and there's plenty for even those who are afraid to ever try sushi. I would go for lunch. Expensive lunch, but you won't need to eat dinner that night!”
